Ordering Terms
- Purchase orders from public education institutions are accepted with standard Net 30 credit terms.
- Private schools may be given prepaid status or asked for credit references.
Bookstores
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Product must be unopened and unused.
- Returns are accepted within 180 days of invoice date. Call or email a request for returns beyond this term.
- Access codes are not returnable if any part of the code has been revealed.
